“SUST-HEIN, NATIONAL SEMINARS”

A three-day training-of-trainers seminar will be organized in Rome by SYDIC, bringing
together two staff members from each partner HEI. These participants will then implement
the programme in their institutions, training at least 10-15 relevant staff members in their
respective countries.

The primary objective is to train key personnel responsible for integrating sustainability
into HEIs, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to drive systemic change.

Following the national seminar, participants will develop institutional sustainability
strategies and action plans, applying a systems thinking approach.
These plans will include:

• Comprehensive sustainability strategies.
• Practical implementation roadmaps.
• Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks to assess impact and effectiveness over
  time.
