Reskill Revolution is an inclusive, innovative international EU project with 8 partners, one affiliated entity, and 14

associated partners focusing on creating a training ecosystem for adult education in the field of tourism. The objective

of the project is to develop training to improve especially green and digital skills to support eg. the EU Labor Shortages

Action Plan, The European Pillar of Social Rights, and The European Skills Agenda. The project develops skills tests,

sustainability evaluations for SMEs, micro training on non-formal, VET and HE levels on skills that are needed to work

in jobs in tourism. Other skills to be trained include, for instance, intrapreneurship and leadership, soft and practical as

well as professional skills.

The partners develop a training platform with learning materials to provide training for people in between jobs, people

changing fields of employment, individuals of vulnerable groups, and upskilling of employed people. The project runs

several face-to-face pilots to gather experiences and two online pilots. Based on the results of pilots, the platform contents

are developed further. A mentoring system and validation system of studies will be designed for the training platform.

Micro courses will be validated.

The partners create a sustainable network around the ecosystem to allow the continuity and sustainability of the platform

and work already carried out during the project. Other universities from other countries as well as public and private

organizations are welcome to join the platform. The project creates together with stakeholders maps of skills needed in

the future. The project creates, eg., skills assessment tools, sustainability tools, case studies, a blueprint of the ecosystem,

learning material, recommendations, and training courses in the form of micro courses
