considerato che si tratterà di studiare ed analizzare il rischio di contagio finanziario tra i fondi e mettere in relazione il rischio sistemico con le valutazioni ESG
si propone la seguente offerta, in cui verrà selezionato il fornitore più qualificato. La selezione verrà effettuata con valutazione interna dell’Ateneo, nel rispetto dei principi di economicità, imparzialità, trasparenza, pubblicità e concorrenzialità.
Oggetto e caratteristiche della fornitura.
Obiettivo dell’intervento:
- Acquisire un database di circa 200.000 aziende pubbliche e private da cui poter esportare direttamente i dati di rating ESG per gli asset, a livello aggregato ma anche suddiviso nelle dimensioni E, S e G. Queste informazioni saranno abbinabili alla composizione del portafoglio dei fondi fornita da Morningstar.
- Il database delle aziende sarà completo dei seguenti dati: nome dell’azienda, settore Paese e sede legale, la cronologia completa del rating ESG di almeno 15 anni (preferibilmente da gennaio 2016 a dicembre 2023) con granularità mensile.
Pertanto, viene richiesto il servizio che soddisfi le precedenti indicazioni e, che sia disponibile a intervenire in tempi rapidi per le esigenze del PRIN PNRR in questione con una data di consegna rispondente ad un anno.

given that it will be to study and analyze the risk of financial contagion among funds and relate systemic risk to ESG assessments
the following tender is proposed, in which the most qualified provider will be selected. The selection will be made by internal evaluation of the University, in accordance with the principles of cost-effectiveness, impartiality, transparency, publicity and competitiveness.
Subject and characteristics of the provision.
Objective of the intervention:
– To acquire a database of approximately 200,000 public and private companies from which ESG rating data for assets can be directly exported, at the aggregate level but also broken down into the E, S, and G dimensions. This information will be combinable with the fund portfolio composition provided by Morningstar.
– The company database will be complete with the following data: company name, country sector and registered office, the complete ESG rating history of at least 15 years (preferably from January 2016 to December 2023) with monthly granularity.
Therefore, the service is requested that meets the above indications and, is available to act quickly for the needs of the PRIN PNRR in question with a delivery date responsive to one year.
Start-period of execution of the work: 1 year from the date of subscription
